These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of meridianstrategyadvisor.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Meridian Strategy Advisors (“Meridian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including immigration and consular filing, document procurement and legalization, translation and notary services, medical and compliance coordination, business formation, accounting and tax, business consulting, digital and technology services, and additional professional services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Site, submitting a quote request, or engaging Meridian for any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our Services.

1. Nature of Our Services

Meridian acts as a coordinating advisor and service provider, working across a network of professional partners, government liaisons, and third-party institutions to deliver mobility, immigration, and business support services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written engagement, Meridian is not a law firm, and our advisors are not acting as licensed attorneys, unless a specific service is expressly identified as being delivered by a licensed legal professional.

2. Quotes, Fees, and Payment

• Quotes provided by Meridian are itemized to distinguish our service fees from government fees, embassy/consular fees, notary fees, translation fees, medical fees, and other third-party costs.
• Quotes are based on the information you provide at the time of the request and are subject to revision if your case requirements, documentation, or the applicable jurisdiction’s requirements change.
• Government, consular, and third-party fees are set by the relevant authority or institution, are outside Meridian’s control, and are subject to change without notice by that authority.
• Payment terms, including deposits, milestone payments, or full upfront payment, will be confirmed in your specific engagement or invoice. Services will generally commence only once agreed payment terms are met.
• All fees are quoted and payable as specified in your invoice; any applicable taxes will be indicated separately where relevant.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Because many of our Services involve fees paid to third parties (embassies, government departments, notaries, translators, medical facilities, etc.) on your behalf, refund eligibility depends on the stage of processing:

• Our service fee may be partially or fully non-refundable once work has commenced on your case, including document review, preparation, or submission.
• Third-party and government fees already paid or submitted on your behalf are generally non-refundable by Meridian, and any refund for such fees is subject to the third party’s or authority’s own refund policy, if any.
• Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of engagement or in your service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our Services, we rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and documentation
• Promptly inform us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your case
• Respond to requests for additional documents or information in a timely manner
• Ensure that any documents you provide are genuine and lawfully obtained

Meridian is not responsible for delays, rejections, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documentation provided by you.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Immigration, visa, attestation, and government filing outcomes are determined solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, government department, or authority, based on their own criteria, discretion, and processing times. While Meridian will use professional diligence in preparing and submitting your case:

• We do not guarantee approval, issuance, processing time, or any specific outcome of any application, visa, permit, license, or filing.
• Processing timelines communicated to you are estimates based on typical timeframes and may change due to factors outside our control, including government backlogs, policy changes, or additional requirements imposed by the relevant authority.
• We are not liable for decisions made by embassies, consulates, government departments, or other third-party authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Meridian Strategy Advisors or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including government and embassy portals, for your convenience. Meridian does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, opportunity, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the service fee paid by you to Meridian for that specific engagement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Meridian harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, provision of inaccurate or fraudulent information, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

10. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of delivering the Services, as further described in our Privacy Policy. Where your case requires sharing information with government bodies, embassies, or professional partners, this is done only as necessary to deliver the Service you have requested.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for Services in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of engagement. Meridian reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where a client provides false information, fails to make agreed payments, or requests assistance with unlawful activity.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
